Log in to your SAADAA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
